A mechanical engineer who became an acupuncturist and a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbalist in his late 40s. Stanley’s engineering mind and TCM knowledge allows him to look at problems from an unique perspective. ”Our body is a well run machine” - his treatment philosophy is to locate and solve the root cause of the problem holistically.
In a work related accident in his 20s, his pinky finger was amputated. His entire right arm went numb due to severe infections - full amputation was on the table. Searching for a solution brought him to his first encounter with TCM. He used a mixture of herbs prescribed to him by a TCM doctor and cured his almost necrotic arm. This encounter ignited his passion for Chinese herbal medicine - for the next 20 years, he spent his free time learning about it. When he felt “ready” in his 40s, he went back to school to finalize his education in TCM.
Stanley treats his patients through acupuncture and massage techniques with the use of Chinese herb tincture. In his 7 years of practice, he has successfully treated 2500+ patients with lumbar spondylosis, cervical spondylosis, and sciatica pain; 18 infertility patients; 200+ patients with migraines; 25 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 1,500+ patients with sports injuries.
